Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in Massachusetts, requiring a minimum of 1 year of OR experience and a MA RN license.
Details
- Work in an Operating Room (OR) unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- 13-week contract
- No call, float, or weekend requirements
- Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
- Medication management system: Omnicell
- Communication framework: SBAR
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
- All scheduling and time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers may be considered if they have the appropriate OR experience
- Candidates residing within 30 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced travel pay rate
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required
