Job Summary\n
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Head Clinic Nurse leadership role. The position combines clinical care with team leadership, daily clinic operations, and staff development.
Responsibilities\n

- Oversee daily clinic operations and workflows.
- Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and CMAs.
- Mentor and coach clinical staff.
- Assist with scheduling and performance management.
- Provide patient triage, medication refills, and prior authorizations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with providers to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.

Requirements\n

- BSN
- Active or eligible NH RN license or Compact
- BLS certification within 12 months
- 5+ years of RN experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous clinic or leadership experience preferred
