Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

• Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff effectively.

• Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

• Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts with operating room experience.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new surgical technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to assist in complex surgical procedures.

• Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety measures.

• Experience in monitoring patient vitals during surgery.
