Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that they reflect their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.
- Monitor and track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest research and clinical advancements in mood disorders to continually enhance treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to team discussions, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities.
