The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health symptoms and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviewing techniques.

  • Design individualized treatment plans that address the unique mental health challenges of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

  • Facilitate regular one-on-one counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic approaches tailored to the client's needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or solution-focused techniques.

  • Lead group therapy or family therapy sessions as required, fostering a safe space for sharing and healing among participants.

  • Continuously monitor clients’ progress, providing support and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual development and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, utilizing our electronic medical records (EMRs) system to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Work closely with a network of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain current with innovative therapeutic methods and practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n
