Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Worcester, Massachusetts

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team at Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a Per Diem SLP, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life, while making a difference in the lives of our patients. Speech-Language Pathologist is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing patient-centered care to individuals with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure holistic care

• Provide patient and family education on compensatory strategies, home exercises, and swallowing safety

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active State SLP License (in good standing)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (or active CFY depending on facility needs)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification

• Experience in a [Insert Setting, e.g., SNF / Acute Care / Outpatient / Home Health / Pediatrics] preferred

• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
