We're looking for a Member Experience Associate (Part-Time, Early Morning Hours) to be the welcoming face of our club. In this role, you'll greet members, assist with check-ins, and help create a clean, upbeat environment that sets the tone for a great workout. If you enjoy staying organized, connecting with people, and being part of a high-energy fitness community, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Handle check-ins and support smooth front desk operations
• Assist with memberships, inquiries, and payments
• Answer phones and provide information on services and promotions
• Help keep the club clean and organized
• Support team members to ensure a great member experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills (training provided)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Customer service experience preferred
