Key Responsibilities\n

- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices while ensuring a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.
- Assessing and monitoring clients’ progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to create cohesive treatment plans that consider medication management and behavioral health interventions.
- Providing guidance to caregivers and family members in navigating behavioral health challenges and developing coping strategies to support their loved ones.
- Addressing and mitigating any behaviors that may impede the recovery process, employing motivational interviewing and other therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
