Savvy Staffing is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a growing warehouse and distribution facility in Clinton, MA. If you have reach truck experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a reach truck to move and store materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Put away, retrieve, and stage inventory in warehouse racking systems.
- Pick orders and prepare pallets for customer shipments.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA guidelines.
- Support general warehouse duties, including labeling, stocking, sorting, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous reach truck experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to lift 30–60 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team.
