Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing clinical expertise to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and unique needs.

• Craft and execute tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals, employing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver insightful individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing both solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches to empower their healing processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients grappling with varied mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• No documented history of disciplinary actions on your professional board.
