Teknikor Contracting is actively seeking experienced Industrial Electrical Foremen to join our dynamic Field Operations team. In this national travel role, you will lead industrial crews on high-profile projects across the country. You'll manage daily operations, enforce jobsite safety and quality standards, and contribute your own hands-on electrical expertise-including conduit runs, control panels, and complex system installations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of traveling industrial electrical crews
Interpret and execute work from electrical blueprints and layout diagrams
Install conduit, electrical panels, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems
Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, customers, and other trades
Track jobsite labor, material usage, and project progress reports
Perform occasional basic industrial millwright work (alignment, light rigging, mechanical setup)

Qualifications
Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
5-7+ years of experience in industrial environments
With 2+ years of experience leading electrical crews
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and installation practices
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Ability to travel for extended periods (typically 11-18 days at a time)
Valid driver's license
Experience with millwright work a plus

Full-Time
Extended Travel Projects: Typically 11-18 days in a row
