We’re seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Retail Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations across our Milford and Sherborn locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Prescription Processing — Enter, fill, and label prescriptions accurately.
- Patient Support — Assist with questions, OTC selection, and medication understanding.
- Inventory Management — Restock shelves, rotate stock, and monitor expiration dates.
- Insurance Coordination — Process claims and resolve rejections.
- Workflow Assistance — Support pharmacists with medication prep and daily operations.

Qualifications\n

- Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to obtain).
- PTCB or NHA certification preferred.
- Retail or independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to stand 8–10 hours per shift.
- Must work every Saturday (non‑negotiable).
- Ability to travel between Milford and Sherborn.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
