Job DescriptionREGISTERED NURSE – TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT

• Location: Rural New Hampshire — approximately 2 hours from Boston, MA.
• Must have your own transportation.
• Limited housing and public transportation available.
• Candidates should research housing/transportation options before submission.
• NH RN license required and must be active/in hand.
• Compact license accepted.
• BLS (AHA) required.
• COVID vaccination required — no exemptions/declinations accepted.
• 3+ years of current experience within the last 6 months.
• Must be willing to float within areas of experience.
• IV certification required — must be willing to obtain during .onboarding if needed.
• Previous travel experience highly preferred.
• Rural/small facility experience highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, oxygen, and enteral feedings.
• Perform wound care and assist with wound vacs.
• Supervise LNAs and delegate resident care appropriately.
• Complete admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, MARs/TARs, and reports.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and nursing leadership.
• Monitor infection control and overall unit safety.
• Assist with staff orientation, education, and training.
