The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a seasoned full-time in-person MDS Coordinator for an in-person role in Dorchester, MA. Requirements for MDS Coordinator:
<ul>
<li>
Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
</li>
<li>
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
</li>
<li>
At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
</li>
</ul>
Job Duties for MDS Coordinator:
<ul>
<li>
Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
</li>
<li>
Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
</li>
<li>
Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows

</li>
