As Director of Rehab Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of rehabilitation care delivery at our state-of-the-art facility. Reporting to the Facility Administrator, you will lead a team of dedicated physical therapists in providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, including scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations

Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care

Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and provide treatment sessions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement
