Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Current, valid licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts is essential.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is mandatory.
- A deep understanding of mental health disorders and application of evidence-based therapy techniques is crucial.
- Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methodologies.
