Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client during individual, couple, or family therapy sessions.
- Assist clients in setting achievable therapy goals, measuring progress regularly, and adjusting treatment plans as required.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of sessions and client progress in accordance with professional and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
