WhatYou’llDoas a Maintenance Supervisor
- Lead and perform maintenance and repair work across the property
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and unit turnovers
- Supervise staff and vendors, ensuring quality and safety compliance
- Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance needs
Experience Required for Your Success
What YouBring
- 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Valid driver’s license and availability for on-call rotation
Preferred Certification
- HVAC / EPA Universal Certification
