We are seeking a Paralegal who can take an active role in keeping cases organized and moving forward. You will work closely with attorneys on legal research, document preparation, client files, court filings, discovery, and case deadlines while serving as an important point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, agreements, and supporting documents
- Organize case materials and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with legal research, discovery, filings, and hearing preparation
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding documents
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, courts, and other parties
Requirements:
- Paralegal experience or relevant legal education preferred, strong writing and research ability, excellent organization, and the ability to manage several matters at once.
Salary:
- $75,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on experience and practice-area knowledge. Massachusetts paralegal compensation currently varies widely by experience and specialty.
