Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Perform initial comprehensive evaluations and employ clinical reasoning to triage care effectively, referring patients to appropriate services when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams by participating in meetings and maintaining clear documentation on patient progress and treatment plans.
- Demonstrate the clinical skills required to meet the physical, psychological, social, and educational needs of patients, regardless of their age.
- Manage cases effectively, consulting with hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for assigned patients.
- Uphold ethical standards in treatment and documentation, completing all paperwork promptly and accurately, in alignment with department expectations.
- Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, along with other evidence-based modalities, facilitating the development of individualized service plans for clients.
