This full-time position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while ensuring that you can connect deeply with your clients. Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a focus on accommodating patient scheduling needs. As an integral member of our team, you will interact with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals through virtual platforms, ensuring coordinated and holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing culturally sensitive techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s background and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices and tailored to the individual preferences, cultural contexts, and therapeutic goals of clients.
- Deliver engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions with a focus on nurturing resilience and promoting emotional well-being.
- Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care and ensure patient safety.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and appropriate care.
- Educate patients and families about mental health issues, available treatment modalities, and community resources to empower their recovery.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on enhancing cultural competence across our practice.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy, incorporating new methodologies to benefit patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from cultural minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- A strong foundation in recognizing mental health disorders and implementing evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Demonstrated experience delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on culturally responsive practices.
- Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities, with an ability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software applications.
- A high degree of professionalism, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
