We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our hospitality team at our 60-room boutique hotel and wedding venue in Western Massachusetts.
Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. From welcoming hotel guests to helping create special memories for couples and their wedding guests, we take pride in providing warm, thoughtful, and personalized service.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do, and understands that the little details can make a big difference in a guest’s experience.
What We’re Looking ForA high school diploma or equivalent is required.· A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
· A positive attitude and a friendly, welcoming personality.
· A reliable team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Flexibility to work part-time, including some evenings and weekends.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person and provide the support and guidance needed to succeed. A great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome are what matter most.
