Job Description

We are seeking a full-time bilingual\n(English/Portuguese) NP or PA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in\nour Fall River clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of\nacute and chronic conditions while serving as an essential resource for our\nPortuguese-speaking community.

• Salary Range: $120,000 –\n$150,000+, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

\n\n

• Perform patient assessments,\nexams, and follow-up c
• Diagnose and manage acute\nand chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs and\nimaging
• Prescribe medications per MA\nguidelines
• Provide patient education\nand counseling
• Coordinate care with\nphysicians and specialists
• Document accurately in the\nEHR

Requirements:

\n\n

• Master’s degree (NP or PA)\nfrom an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts NP or\nPA license
• National certification\n(AANP/ANCC or NCCPA)
• DEA certification (or\neligibility)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Fluency in English and\nPortuguese
• 1–2 years of clinical\nexperience preferred (new grads considered)
• Strong communication and\npatient-engagement skills
