Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district located in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials to support elementary students in grades K-3. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students with moderate to severe behavioral needs, providing critical intervention and support within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Work closely with educators and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Provide direct services to students with moderate to severe challenges in the K-3rd grade range.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to adapt strategies as needed.
• Supervision can be provided locally or through virtual arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an elementary setting.
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and effective intervention techniques.
• Ability to manage a caseload and operate within a coordinated team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location:

• Position located in a Massachusetts elementary school serving early childhood education.

Employment Details:

• Contract-based for the current school year (CSY).
• Full-time hours.
• Caseload focused on Kindergarten through 3rd grade students.
