- Hours per Week: 36 (option for 48 hours/week available)\n
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2200–$2360\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery RN Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse experience\n
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License (proof of state residency required)\n
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment\n
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a state-of-the-art birthing unit\n
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, assist with labor and delivery procedures, and provide family-centered support throughout the birthing process\n
- Utilize hydrotherapy and advanced pain management techniques as appropriate\n
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to hospital policies and clinical protocols\n
- Respond to obstetric emergencies and provide neonatal care in the nursery as needed\n
