Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics to support students across grades K-12. This position, located in North Adams, MA, offers a dynamic caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels, including preschool and early childhood education settings. The contract extends from ASAP through the end of the school year, with both full-time and part-time candidates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document student progress and comply with all educational and therapeutic guidelines.
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit a diverse caseload including preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
- Comfortable managing a broad grade range including K-12.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute therapy sessions effectively.
