Bilingual Therapies is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in substantially separate high school programs. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity beginning ASAP and continuing through June 15, 2027. School-based experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral and instructional support to students in a substantially separate high school program.

Implement behavior support strategies and assist with student needs under the direction of the educational team.

Support a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

Collaborate with school staff to promote student engagement and progress.
Qualifications & Experience

Active Massachusetts license or certification required.

School-based experience required.

BT or RBT candidates will be considered.

RBT candidates must be aware that district supervision is not provided.

Must successfully complete CORI and fingerprinting requirements.
