Job #1921: Interior Project Architect
Job Title: Interior Project Architect
Position Location: Boston
Approx. Length of Position: Temp / Temp to hire
Degree Required: Bachelors degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program or a Bachelor of Architecture
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum experience as an interior designer/architect in a client services firm
- Strong experience with construction documentation; design and technical detailing in all phases Programming, SD-CDs and CA
- Collaboration and coordination with engineers, various consultants and vendors
- Work closely with Project Managers, Executives, architects, contractors, and engineers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating construction drawings for large scale commercial interiors projects
- Demonstrated experience and skills creating plans, RCPS, elevations, details and dimensioning in Revit to align with design intent
- Strong detailing skills for interior construction and millwork elements with elevated design aesthetic
- Ability to successfully work as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
Technical / Software skills:
- Advanced technical skills with: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup
- Proficiency with: Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
- Enscape Designer Pages for furniture specifications, Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma
