Embark on a rewarding opportunity to support students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the school setting. This contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year and is designed for a dedicated BCBA with expertise in student-centered behavioral interventions. Key Candidate Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire BCBA licensure (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with children exhibiting selective mutism
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans in school settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, school staff, and families
- Exceptional organizational abilities to balance documentation, meetings, and direct services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral services for a caseload of three students as outlined by individual education plans (IEPs)
- Provide approximately 6 hours of direct student service weekly, plus time allocated for documentation and staff meetings
- Maintain timely, accurate progress notes and reports in compliance with district policies
- Collaborate with special education teams to consult and problem-solve around challenging behaviors
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies
- Serve as a resource for school personnel and caregivers, offering education and guidance regarding selective mutism and related behavioral concerns
This is a part-time contract assignment, requiring one 8-hour day per week on-site. You’ll have the chance to work within a supportive educational environment dedicated to student success.
