Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders

Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to exercises, modalities, and activities, to meet individual patient needs and goals

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy
Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Current Licensure: Current licensure in the state of New Hampshire

Experience: 0+ years of experience in a physical therapy setting
