What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations for multiple HOA and condominium communities.
- Build strong relationships with HOA boards and homeowners through responsive, professional communication.
- Visit properties to inspect buildings and grounds, meet contractors, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Request bids, oversee contractors, and follow up to ensure quality work.
- Track work orders through a computerized maintenance management system.
- Respond to homeowner questions and resolve concerns.
- Assist with annual budgets and financial reports, including explaining monthly financials to HOA boards.
- Enforce association rules consistently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of condominium management experience required; 5+ years preferred.
- Strong organization, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of building operations and property maintenance.
- Ability to understand financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other office software.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to communities throughout the Merrimack Valley.
- Ability to commute to Lawrence, MA 01843.
- Associate degree preferred.
