Qualifications:
- Current and valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license required

- Strong collaborative skills and adaptability to participate as part of a larger school community
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in a substantially separate classroom
- Utilize ABA strategies to support the unique needs of elementary-aged students with Autism
- Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to optimize student progress and promote engagement
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
