Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, integrating input from the clinical team for ongoing client evaluation.
- Create and document pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments to address the immediate needs of clients.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools, ensuring a structured and scientifically-supported approach to client care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support strategies.
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and promoting organizational standards.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to meet contract standards and uphold our mission in the community.
- Engage in external community outreach to strengthen relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, seeking potential alliances and funding opportunities.
- Pursue professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in relevant committees.
- Support the integration of the agency's mission and values in daily operations and client interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to an adaptive and dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
