Noble Speed Home Services is looking for more than just a licensed plumber—we are looking for a Partner in Growth. We need a confident, professional, and licensed Service Plumber who excels at diagnosing issues and clearly communicating solutions to homeowners.
If you are a "people person" who knows your way around a pipe wrench and an HVAC mini-split, and you want to be rewarded for the revenue you generate, this is the role for you.
The Role: Beyond the Wrench

Consultative Sales: Visit residential clients, diagnose plumbing and HVAC needs, and provide professional, transparent estimates.

Customer Confidence: Build trust with homeowners through expert knowledge and a clean, professional presentation.

Full-Cycle Service: Perform high-quality repairs and installations (Plumbing & Mini-Splits) while identifying opportunities for system improvements.

Business Growth: Work directly with ownership to scale the service department. As the company grows, so does your leadership potential.

Natural Leader: Run your own service / Installation vehicle & train apprentices & upcoming technicians on company etiquette and standards.
Qualification

Licensing: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman, Master Plumber License or Journeyman or EPA 608 Certification (Required).

Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to communicate with customers, explain technical issues simply, and close service calls.

Technical Versatility: Experience with HVAC Mini-Split systems is highly beneficial. Experience with installing Shower wall panels, shower bases & walk in tubs is preferred
