Job Requirements\n

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Dedicated Medical ICU experience required
- Prior travel nurse assignment experience required
- Epic experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Must be able to complete day 1 medications and EKG testing with a passing score during compliance
- Must be separated from the referenced health system for at least 6 months to be considered

Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with ICU standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
- Document care accurately in Epic and maintain excellent clinical communication
- Deliver safe, efficient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical care environment
- Participate in weekly orientation and complete required compliance testing
