Location: Falmouth, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule

  • Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

  • 8-Hour Mixed Shifts

    • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Days)

    • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Evenings)

  • Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week long-term care assignment in Falmouth, MA. The LPN will provide compassionate resident care, administer medications and treatments, supervise nursing assistants, and support daily clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing assistants and support resident care activities

  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, charts, MARs, and care plans

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

  • Perform wound care, catheterization, tube feedings, and specimen collection

  • Take and document vital signs

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning

  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

  • Provide education and support to residents and families

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts LPN License required

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program

  • Current BLS / CPR / AED certification required

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to supervise nursing assistants effectively

  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing standards

  • Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs
