Work Environment\n

The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet adaptable environment to support your professional responsibilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving geriatric patients who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders related to aging. You will work with a diverse population, ensuring cultural sensitivity and personalized care in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience specifically in geriatric counseling or mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
