Facility name - Cheshire Medical Center

Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA/CST FA)

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years recent First Assist CST experience (required)
• Previous travel experience (preferred)
• NBSTSA certification required
  (NCCT or other certifications not accepted)
• Current BLS (AHA) required
• Must obtain Temporary NH Medical Technician License prior to start
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to take call
