Key Responsibilities\n
As an LMFT at Manhattan Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of client mental health, crafting individualized treatment plans, and ongoing documentation following company guidelines.
- Maintaining a minimum caseload of 27 client visits weekly for full-time employees to ensure impactful therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborating with our dynamic multidisciplinary team to assess community needs and enhance service delivery.
- Utilizing creative interventions to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, fostering progress and personal development.
- Preparing detailed session documentation and coordinating services with case managers, families, and external professionals.
- Actively participating in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and contributing to a positive team culture that encourages professional exchange and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. We prioritize inclusivity and cultural sensitivity and actively encourage BIPOC and LGBTQ applicants to strengthen our focus on diverse client backgrounds.
Qualifications\n
To be considered for the LMFT position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- A valid LMFT PA clinical license to practice.
- Experience completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Timeliness and organization in submitting documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Experience working with diverse groups and a commitment to cultural competency.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check required.

Preferred Experience\n
Preferred candidates will have a strong foundation in outpatient therapy settings with demonstrated success in utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques. Prior experience with telehealth services is a valuable asset in this role.
Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus available. Additional benefits include:
