Job Summary:

Registered Nurse in MedSurg/Telemetry providing direct patient care, monitoring vitals, and administering treatments. This is a 13-week contract in Laconia, NH, with 12-hour night shifts and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg and Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient vitals, ECG, and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Requirements:

• Experience: Must have Advanced Telemetry experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting and documentation of travel experience.
• Licensure: Active NH or Compact RN license required, with verification of active RN licenses.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• EMR Experience: Experience with Cerner is preferred, but not required.

• First-Time Travelers: Will accept first-time travel nurses with good experience.
• Local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within 50 miles of Laconia, NH, 03246.
