Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough preliminary interviews and clinical assessments to gather comprehensive client histories, documenting progress from initial consultation through termination of treatment.
- Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health, identifying strengths and challenges to inform treatment goals.
- Design and implement customized intervention and recovery plans tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients.
- Monitor and document client progress regularly to assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to develop holistic intervention strategies.
- Follow up with healthcare providers for clients who may need additional support, such as hospital admissions, to ensure seamless transitions in care.
- Identify and address any behaviors that may hinder the recovery process, providing education and support to clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
- A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
- Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including those with co-occurring disorders or substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and credentials of the selected candidate.
