Qualifications and Experience
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist credential required
- Prior experience as a School Psychologist in an academic setting preferred

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially when engaging families and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, write reports, and develop IEP goals
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and advocate for support
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans to address behavioral, social, and learning challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the formulation of educational goals
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered
