Dental Assistant needed in Sturbridge, MA! 
We are a supportive and patient-focused practice looking for a dedicated dental assistant to join our team in Sturbridge, MA. You will work in a positive environment where your skills are valued and patients come first.
Schedule: Full Time
<ul>
<li>4 days per week, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:
<ul>
<li>$23–$26/hour DOE</li>

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry</li>
<li>Chairside setup and breakdown</li>
<li>Instrument sterilization and maintaining a clean and organized operatory</li>
<li>Provide excellent patient care with kindness and compassion</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be OSHA, CPR, and radiology certified</li>
<li>If a CDA, certification required; no prior experience necessary</li>
<li>If trained on the job, 2–3 years of dental assisting experience required</li>
<li>Kind, compassionate, hardworking, and a strong team player</li>
