Intake Referral Coordinator

Compensation
Hourly rate: $23.00 - $26.00
Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake by accurately entering data into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as Epic.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
- Support the onboarding process for new or returning patients, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Navigate medical terminology proficiently while demonstrating strong digital literacy to optimize workflow.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with EMR systems, particularly Epic, is a must.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Exceptional digital literacy, with proficiency in electronic data entry and management tools.
- Available to work on-site in Norwell, MA, for 24 hours per week, Friday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
