Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate caregivers with clients based on their needs, availability, and assigned shifts.

Manage caregiver schedules, open shifts, call-outs, and last-minute scheduling changes.

Communicate schedule updates and shift assignments clearly to caregivers and clients.

Monitor staffing coverage and help ensure all scheduled shifts are filled.

Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in AxisCare or a similar scheduling system.

Follow up with caregivers to confirm their availability and attendance.

Assist with general office tasks, documentation, and other administrative duties as needed.

Work closely with the team to address scheduling concerns and maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, office administration, or a related role; home care experience is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and other office applications.

Experience with AxisCare or other scheduling software is a plus.

Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Compensation:
$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
