Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proficient in developing and implementing IEP goals

- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs
- Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions that address fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support each student’s educational and developmental goals
- Participate in IEP meetings; prepare and maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Offer training and consultation to staff and families on strategies for maximizing student success in school environments
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual and group needs in various educational settings
