Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working in a school or pediatric environment is highly valued
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEP goals
  • Dedication to fostering student progress both in and out of the classroom
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs
  • Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions that address fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support each student’s educational and developmental goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings; prepare and maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Offer training and consultation to staff and families on strategies for maximizing student success in school environments
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual and group needs in various educational settings
