Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a middle school in Worcester, MA, offering a contract role for the current school year. This onsite opportunity involves providing speech-language services to middle and high school students, supporting their communication needs and fostering their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in middle and high school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of supportive educational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license required.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably at middle and high school levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 30-35 hours per week onsite.
