We utilize advanced electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to streamline documentation and enhance the communication between team members.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial consultations and comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify clients’ needs accurately.
- Document and monitor clients' cases from assessment through to treatment completion, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
- Develop personalized intervention strategies and recovery plans tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that best fit the clients’ needs.
- Assess and track clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Follow up with external healthcare providers when clients require hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care during transitions.
- Educate and assist family members and primary caregivers in managing mental health challenges, providing strategies to support their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on creating rapport with clients.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills to manage client cases effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of psychopharmacology and the impact of prescribed medications on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
