Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Byfield, MA
Setting: School District
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Byfield, Massachusetts. The BCBA will provide behavioral support to students, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams to promote positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral assessments

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers

  • Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate

  • Provide recommendations and strategies to promote positive behavior and student independence

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and intervention strategies

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
