Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Byfield, Massachusetts. The BCBA will provide behavioral support to students, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams to promote positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff
Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers
Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
Provide recommendations and strategies to promote positive behavior and student independence
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
