Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
- Provide timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as appropriate to inform treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners.
- Maintain effective communication channels to promote the mission and values of Pro Light Life within the community.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to expand resources and funding opportunities for our programs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to further enhance your expertise in the mental health field.
- Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the organization’s mission.
